Meals


Treamis provides snacks, breakfast & hot lunch for students with the objective of helping working parents and saving them the trouble of packing their children’s food early in the morning.

Children benefit from the experience of eating with others, developing a taste for different foods, and gaining knowledge to make the right food choices.  

Treamis kitchen provides the highest quality of ingredients available, ensures that the meals are balanced and items are cooked hygienically.


Breakfast
Bread, Butter & Jam/Jelly
served with any of the following daily specials
Noodles (Maggi with vegetables) or Poha (Flattened rice with vegetables), Fruit juice
Cold cereal
Idly, Vada and Sambar (gravy made of lentil, tamarind, coconut and vegetables)
Vermicilli Upma
Dosa (thin pancake made from rice and black lentils)
Poori Kurma
Onion Uttapam or Tomato Omlette
   
Lunch
Served with white rice, curd, pickle, sambhar (vegetable stew made with tamarind and lentils) and roti (days when the main course does not have bread item) 
Aloo Paneer Paratha (wheat flour bread stuffed with potato and cheese)
Vegetable Fried Rice, Raita (chopped cucumber mixed with yogurt and spice) 
Macaroni and Cheese, Vegetable salad
Salad, Vegetable Noodles, Vegetable Soup
Chola Batura (fried bread with garbanzo beans)
Spaghetti with Breadstick, Sprouts with dressing
Veg. Burger and Fries
Snacks

Any of the following items served with milk shake or fruit juice. 

Potato bonda, Samosa, Onion pakoda, Pani poori, Masala poori, Cup noodles, Banana bajji, Popcorn, Bread sticks, Cup cakes

Dinner
Consists of one item from each of the following categories. Once a week, the main course will be replaced with Rajasthani meal.

Once a week:
 Chocolate Souffle, Jamoon, Payasam
Once a month:
 Salad with any one - Pizza, Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, Eggplant Parmigiana 
Holidays:
 Relevant to fesivals such as Pumpkin Cake, Sweet Potato Pie, Shirkhurma (Vermicelli & Milk), Sweet Kadubu, Shrikhand (Strained yogurt), Jalebi, Holige etc.)
