August  20:  Student Council Elections were held in a democratic way at Treamis.  Students participated in large numbers to cast vote in a closed ballot to elect their representatives and the office bearers.  The whole week was full of election events.  Candidates distributed flyers, displayed banners and placards.  They answered the tough questions posed by students and teachers in a Townhall meeting moderated by the French teacher Mr. Hermon Carduz who is also the mentor for the Student Council. 

For 19 positions 36 students had contested. Final results are Jewel Mahanta - President, Tor - Vice President, Priyansh - Secretary, Khedup - Treasurer and Pratham - Assistant Sports Captain.
